4. Quotes & Pricing
- Prices shown on this website (including the Essential / Premium / Signature packages) are indicative starting points only, and do not constitute a binding offer.
- A final price is confirmed only in a written quote issued after we've reviewed your exact measurements, material choice, and delivery location.
- Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, taxes, and local installation labor unless expressly stated otherwise in your written quote.

5. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only once you accept a written quote and pay the required deposit. Unless otherwise agreed, we require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipping (commonly a 50/50 split — the exact terms will be confirmed in your quote). 6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on materials, customs processing, and shipping carriers outside our control. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
7. Installation
We provide an installation guide with every order and can help connect you with a local installer, but installation itself is performed by a third party you engage directly. We are not responsible for damage or issues arising from installation performed by a party we did not directly employ.
8. Warranty
Each package includes a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated at the time of your order (up to 5 years on Premium packages — final warranty terms are confirmed in your quote). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
