Most of what leaves our factory is not a catalogue model. Send the opening, the drawing or a photograph of the facade, and the door is built to that — not trimmed down from a fixed size chart.
Made to your opening width and height. Non-standard openings — extra-wide double bays, low headroom, restricted side room, sloping heads — are handled at drawing stage rather than on site.
Standard colours, custom RAL subject to availability, wood-grain and textured finishes. Where a door has to match an existing facade or a previously supplied batch, send a sample or the reference code.
Panel face, rib profile, routed patterns, glazing position, ventilation grilles and integrated pedestrian access are all set per project. Custom routed and wave-pattern panels are produced in-house.
Drive type, activation method, control system and safety devices are specified with the door rather than sourced separately, so voltage and control logic match the destination market from the start.
Opening width and height, headroom, side room, and a photograph or elevation of the facade. An architectural drawing or DWG is ideal but not required.
We confirm the workable configuration and return a drawing showing panel layout, track type and clearances before anything is quoted as final.
Production starts once the drawing and finish are approved. Typically around 20 days from drawing approval, subject to order size and specification.
Packed for sea freight with the operator and hardware for each opening kept together, so a multi-door project arrives sorted rather than mixed.
Lead time is stated from drawing approval, not from first enquiry. Getting dimensions and finish confirmed early is what keeps a project on schedule.
A non-standard enquiry without dimensions cannot be quoted. These are the items that let us come back with a real configuration rather than a placeholder price.
Our enquiry form does not accept file attachments. For drawings, DWG files and site photographs, use either of these — both reach the same team:
Fastest for site photos and quick dimension checks. Attach images or PDF directly to the chat.

The product pages cover what we are asked for most often. These are produced on a project basis — availability and configuration are confirmed during technical review.
Leaves fold back against the reveal where there is no room for overhead or roller operation.
Traditional outward-opening leaves, including matched pedestrian doors.
Available by project specification. Certification scope is confirmed in writing before order.
Dock levellers, shelters and seals supplied alongside industrial door orders.
Tell us the opening and the application. If a configuration is outside what we can produce to the required standard, we will say so rather than quote it.
Send the dimensions and a photograph. We will come back with a workable configuration.
