Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Made-to-Order Products
Garage doors and related systems are produced or configured against approved dimensions, finishes and project requirements. Whether an order can be cancelled or changed depends on its written terms and the work, materials and costs already committed.
2. Requesting a Change or Cancellation
Contact us promptly in writing with the order reference and requested change. We will review the production status, purchased materials, completed engineering or fabrication work, and the cancellation terms accepted for that order before confirming the available options.
3. After Production Has Started
Where materials have been ordered, cut, finished or assembled for a specific opening, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to the costs already incurred. No cancellation or refund is confirmed until it is accepted in writing.
4. Transit Damage, Shortage or Incorrect Items
Inspect the shipment and packaging on arrival. Notify us promptly within the period stated in the order, transport or insurance documents, preserve the packaging, and provide photographs, labels, packing-list references and a description of the issue. The available remedy depends on the evidence, responsibility and applicable written terms.
5. Manufacturing or Warranty Claims
For a suspected manufacturing defect, send the order reference, component label, photographs or video, installation information and a description of the operating condition. Coverage and any repair, replacement-part or other remedy follow the written warranty terms for the supplied configuration.
6. Items Commonly Outside Product Coverage
Subject to the applicable written terms, coverage may exclude unapproved modification, incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable power or controls, missing maintenance, normal wear, site damage or use outside the confirmed configuration.
7. How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with the order reference, requested outcome and supporting evidence. A request is acknowledged and assessed against the order records; sending a request does not by itself confirm eligibility or a remedy.
