4. Quotations and Orders

• A quotation is prepared after the project information has been reviewed.
• Price validity, currency, taxes, freight basis, delivery scope and exclusions are those stated in the written quotation.
• An order is accepted only through the written documents and payment conditions agreed for that order.

5. Payment

Deposit, balance, payment method and payment timing are stated in the written quotation or order confirmation. No standard percentage shown elsewhere on the website overrides those documents.

6. Production, Packing and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates depend on the approved specification, quantity, materials, packing, freight route, customs and other agreed responsibilities. The applicable schedule and trade terms are stated in the order documents.

7. Installation

Installation, commissioning, drawings, manuals, remote guidance and local service are included only when stated in writing. Unless Senhai expressly accepts installation responsibility in the order documents, the buyer is responsible for appointing a competent local installer.

Any warranty period, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure are those stated in the quotation, order confirmation or separate written warranty terms for the supplied configuration.

9. Intellectual Property
